 Below are the most common questions and answers to help you quickly find what you need.

 1. When does the Black Friday sale start and end?
Our Black Friday sale starts on November 24th, the last day of the sale is December 1st. Once the sale closes, prices return to normal and we won't be able to honor Black Friday prices after the sale is over.
2. How do I access my course?
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create your login credentials and access your course(s), along with your purchase confirmation. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
3. What if I don’t receive my confirmation emails?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help investigate to get you into your account. During the Thanksgiving holiday, response times might be delayed.
4. Can I use a coupon if I have one?
Yes, you can use a coupon for a single purchase.
If in the past you received the "gift100" coupon and wanted to use it for this sale, unfortunately it is invalid due to a glitch. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can help find a solution.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Please see our refund policy here.
6. If I refund a course I bought using a coupon, can I use the same coupon again?
No. Once a coupon has been used once, it is marked as redeemed and no longer usable - even if the original purchase was refunded.
7. Can I choose a different bundle or receive an extra discount for purchasing all courses?
At the moment, the only bundle we offer is the Resolve Beginners Bundle.
All other courses are currently 30% off, and we’re not able to provide additional bundles or discounts beyond our Black Friday week promotions.
8. Can I purchase all my courses in one transaction?
Currently, no. Each course must be purchased in a separate transaction, as we don’t have a multi‑item cart feature.
