By enrolling in a coaching program, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

COACHING TERMS & NO REFUND POLICY
Release The Hounds, LLC
This agreement is between Release The Hounds, LLC (“Company”) and the individual enrolling in a coaching program (“Client”).
Coaching Services
Client is purchasing access to live coaching provided by Casey Faris, including scheduled calls, feedback, and related support.
Enrollment reserves Casey Faris’s time and availability.
No Refunds
All coaching program purchases are final.
Because Client is reserving live time with Casey Faris, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, lack of participation, or change in circumstances.
No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee specific results, income, or business outcomes. Client is responsible for their own actions and results.
Limitation of Liability
Release The Hounds, LLC is not liable for any business losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from participation in coaching.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
